India continued their impressive run at the 2026 Commonwealth Fencing Championships in Lagos, establishing themselves as the dominant force at the competition with a remarkable medal haul.
The Indian contingent had secured 17 gold medals as the championships entered their closing stages, maintaining a commanding position at the top of the medal table.
The championships, being hosted in Lagos, have brought together fencers from across the Commonwealth, with the competition featuring senior, under-23 and wheelchair categories.
