The estranged wife of Addison Rae’s father, Monty Lopez, has become the focus of a court dispute after Lopez asked a judge to order her to stop using social media to post about him, his family, and his famous daughter.
According to court documents, Monty Lopez alleges that his estranged wife, Kaitlyn Lopez, repeatedly violated an existing temporary protective order by contacting him and continuing to post content about Addison Rae and other members of his family on social media. He claims she shared photos of the singer and actress, used Addison Rae’s songs in her posts, and published content involving their family despite the ongoing legal proceedings.
As part of his request, Lopez is asking the court to:
- Order Kaitlyn Lopez to stop posting about him, Addison Rae, and their family.
- Require her to deactivate or suspend her social media accounts while the case is pending.
- Enforce compliance with the existing protective order.
The legal battle follows Lopez’s divorce filing earlier this year and marks another development in the couple’s increasingly contentious separation. Neither Kaitlyn Lopez nor Addison Rae has publicly commented on the latest court filing.
