Nigerian midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro is set to complete a permanent move to Pisa from Inter Milan after the Italian club decided to activate its purchase option. Reports indicate the deal is worth between €7 million and €7.5 million, although Inter are understood to retain a buy-back clause.

Akinsanmiro spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Pisa, making regular appearances and convincing the club to secure his services on a long-term basis. Despite Pisa’s relegation, the club remains keen on building around the 21-year-old Nigerian.

Inter reportedly still believe in the midfielder’s long-term potential and included a buy-back option in the agreement, giving the Serie A giants the opportunity to bring him back in the future.

The move is expected to provide Akinsanmiro with greater stability and playing time as he continues his development and seeks to cement his place in the Nigerian national team setup
