A teenager has been declared missing after a boat collided with a canoe at the NPA Waterside area of Calabar, Cross River State.
According to reports, the incident occurred when a passenger boat struck a canoe carrying several occupants along the busy waterfront. The impact reportedly threw some passengers into the water, triggering a rescue operation by local divers, marine workers, and emergency responders.
