The Bayelsa State Police Command has appealed to the public for help in locating the parents or guardians of four children rescued in different parts of the state. 


According to the command, the children were rescued in Ekeremor and Yenagoa Local Government Areas. They have been identified as Affiong Etim (12), Stephen Ibrahim (12), Divine Okon (13), and Majesty Edolor (6). 


The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Musa Mohammed, urged anyone with useful information that could help reunite the children with their families to contact the Bayelsa State Police Command. He said the command is committed to ensuring the children are safely returned to their rightful parents or guardians. 


The police have asked members of the public with relevant information to reach out through the contact numbers provided by the command as efforts continue to identify and reunite the children with their families
