Argentina have retained the No. 1 position in the latest FIFA men’s world rankings, while Nigeria’s Super Eagles remain 26th in the world and third in Africa. 


Nigeria’s position remains unchanged despite recent international fixtures, keeping the team among the top-ranked sides on the continent behind Morocco and Senegal. 


According to the latest ranking update, Argentina continue to lead the global standings, ahead of leading European powers including Spain and France. 


For Nigeria, maintaining 26th place represents continued stability in the rankings following the team’s recent performances and strong results in continental competitions. The Super Eagles are currently among Africa’s highest-ranked national teams and remain well-positioned ahead of future international tournaments and qualifiers.
