The Oyo State Police Command has arrested a suspected kidnapper during a sting operation while attempting to collect a ₦10 million ransom from a victim’s family in the state.
According to police reports, the suspect was apprehended after detectives laid an ambush at the agreed location where the ransom exchange was scheduled to take place.
