Organisers of the popular reality television show, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija), have officially opened auditions for the show’s 11th season, unveiling registration dates and audition details for aspiring housemates.
In a statement released on Saturday, the organisers announced that online registration for Season 11 auditions will run from May 16 to May 20, 2026. Interested applicants are expected to complete their registration through the official Africa Magic audition portal.
According to the organisers, applicants must provide their personal details, upload required information, and choose their preferred audition dates, locations, and time slots during registration. Successful candidates from the online stage will then proceed to physical auditions.
The physical audition phase is scheduled to take place between May 22 and May 24 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
The announcement has already generated excitement among fans and aspiring contestants across social media, with many Nigerians expressing anticipation for what the new season could bring. Earlier this month, the organisers had teased the return of the reality show with the message: “Biggie is calling. Are you ready to answer?”
Although the premiere date, theme, and grand prize for Season 11 have not yet been revealed, BBNaija remains one of Africa’s biggest entertainment programmes, consistently dominating television ratings and online conversations every year.
The reality show, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has produced several notable winners and celebrities over the years, including Mercy Eke, Laycon, and Whitemoney.
