Controversial relationship influencer Blessing CEO has returned to Instagram weeks after deactivating her account amid backlash over her stage-four cancer claim, but her comeback has sparked fresh attention after she deleted all posts related to the controversy.

Checks on her restored Instagram page show that posts tied to her cancer diagnosis, interviews, and related appeals have been removed, with only a documentary-style post on breast health awareness reportedly left on the page.

The controversy began after Blessing CEO claimed she had been diagnosed with stage-four breast cancer and sought public support, sharing what she presented as medical evidence. But the claim later came under scrutiny after a diagnostic centre reportedly disputed the authenticity of the document, saying the original report belonged to another patient.

The matter escalated further when the other patient, identified in reports as a cancer survivor, publicly accused the influencer of using her medical report without consent. The dispute later triggered petitions, fraud allegations, and calls for investigation, while the controversy generated intense reactions across social media.

Although Blessing CEO has now returned online, she has not publicly addressed the allegations or explained why the cancer-related posts were removed. Her silence, coupled with the mass deletion, has only fueled more speculation over the next direction of the controversy.
