Ayodele made the remarks in a statement issued by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, in which he urged the President to prioritise his wellbeing over political ambitions.

The cleric claimed that Tinubu was facing a serious health risk and needed prayers and medical attention to prevent the situation from worsening.

According to him, the President should not allow political activities to take precedence over his health, which he described as important to both his family and the country.

Ayodele further predicted that even if Tinubu secured re-election, his health could prevent him from completing another four-year tenure.

“With the situation I see, even if he struggles to get a second term in office, he will not be able to finish it because of his health. He needs to take his health very seriously. Politics without health is nothing,” he said.

The cleric also criticised people surrounding the President, alleging that they were more interested in their personal interests than in offering him honest advice about his wellbeing.

He urged members of Tinubu’s family, including his wife and children, to pay attention to his health and ensure that he receives the support he needs.

Ayodele’s remarks come as Tinubu intensifies political activities ahead of the 2027 presidential election, having launched his re-election campaign in Kaduna on October 24.

However, the cleric’s statements about the President’s health remain unverified claims and should not be regarded as an established medical assessment. No medical evidence was provided to substantiate the prediction.
