The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released a supplementary list of leadership and members of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 2027 Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), expanding the party’s campaign structure ahead of the next general election.

The announcement was made on Wednesday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, who said the additional appointments covered various directorates, sectoral groups, mobilisation structures and operational units of the council. The party said the expansion was intended to strengthen coordination as preparations for the 2027 elections continue.

According to the supplementary list, new appointments have been made across several areas, including election planning, infrastructure, healthcare, civil society engagement, finance, community mobilisation, extractive industries, new media, entertainment, security, youth affairs, education, sports, legal services, humanitarian affairs, labour relations, faith-based mobilisation and parliamentary engagement.

Among the individuals named in the expanded structure is Senior Advocate of Nigeria Festus Keyamo, who was appointed Director of the Directorate of Air Transport Mobilisation. Olubunmi Kuku was named Deputy Director I, while Farouk Ahmed Umar was appointed Deputy Director II in the same directorate.

Former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello was listed as Deputy Director I in the Directorate of Contact and Mobilisation, alongside Abdullahi Abdulkareem Tsafe as Deputy Director II.

In the Directorate of Manufacturing and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Sector Mobilisation, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba was named Deputy Director III. The Artisan Mobilisation Directorate also received appointments, with Sanusi Garba Rikiji named director and Chukuma Umeoji appointed Deputy Director I.

The supplementary list further includes Augustine Umahi as Co-Director of the Directorate of Civil Society Mobilisation and Senator Bayero Nafada as Deputy Director (Senate) in the Directorate of Parliamentary Mobilisation.

In the security and intelligence structure, former Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Yusuf Buratai (retd.), and former Inspector-General of Police, Mike Okiro, were listed among the members. The Entertainment Directorate also features entertainers Dauda Adamu Kahutu, popularly known as Rarara, and Sani Musa Danja.

Despite the additional appointments, the principal leadership of the campaign council remains unchanged. President Tinubu serves as chairman, with Vice-President Kashim Shettima as first vice-chairman and APC National Chairman Nentawe Yilwatda as second vice-chairman. Former Zamfara State Governor Abdulaziz Yari remains Director-General, while Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma continues as secretary.

The supplementary list follows earlier adjustments to the council’s composition and its formal inauguration on October 14, 2026, at the State House in Abuja. The party has continued to broaden the campaign structure through appointments involving political officeholders, party officials, professionals and representatives of different sectors.

In its statement, the APC reiterated its commitment to effective coordination among the council’s various components as the party prepares for the 2027 general election.

The latest expansion signals a continued effort by the ruling party to organise its campaign machinery across different sectors and mobilisation networks ahead of the polls.
