A Lagos State High Court has restrained Nollywood actress Elizabeth Lawal, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin, from publishing, posting, circulating, uploading or broadcasting photographs of the one-year-old son of actress Priscilla Ojo and her Tanzanian singer husband, Juma Mussa Mkambala, popularly known as Juma Jux.
The interim order was issued on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, by Justice Yetunde Adesanya of the Lagos State High Court, Lagos Judicial Division, in Suit No. LD/ADR/6646/2026.
The case was brought before the court by Priscilla Ojo Mkambala, her husband Juma Mussa Mkambala and their son, Rakeem Mkambala, with Lizzy Anjorin named as the defendant.
The court order specifically restrained Anjorin, as well as her agents, representatives, employees, officers or anyone acting under her authority, from sharing photographs of Rakeem on her social media platforms.
The platforms mentioned in the order include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok, with several social media accounts associated with Anjorin and her businesses specifically listed.
Beyond photographs of the child, the court also restrained Anjorin from broadcasting, publishing or posting editorials concerning Priscilla Ojo, her husband and their son through the specified social media accounts.
The order followed an ex-parte application dated August 26, 2026, filed on behalf of Priscilla, Juma and their son. Their counsel, O. I. Salami, presented the application before Justice Adesanya, who granted the orders as requested.
The restriction is interim in nature and will remain in place pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice filed in the suit. This means the order is not yet a final determination of the underlying dispute between the parties.
The court’s intervention comes amid an ongoing public dispute involving Anjorin and members of Priscilla Ojo’s family, which has played out extensively on social media.
